Our service includes the butchering and
brining of the pig a few days prior to the event.
The night before of the event, we inject the pig with our secret marinade and dry rub, and let the ingredients do their magic
until we roast the pig on-site.
Prime cuts are served with the crispy skin and the rest
of the meat is pulled and served with coleslaw and rolls
for pulled pork sliders as well as baked beans.
We will serve three sauces along with your pig: traditional southern vinegar sauce, homemade BBQ sauce, and Teriyaki sauce.
